Tulia Finucci

Born in the capital of Venezuela, Carcass, Tulia knows a thing or two about the Spanish language. She is currently a social worker at an elementary school. While working, she noticed a list of commonalities in children who were learning English as a second language. This inspired her to make her book, Neon the Chameleon.
